logitech folio touch case+keyoard

As logitech folio touch and combo touch are certified by Apple, I am considering to buy one for my ipad air 5th generation updated to the latest version.

I get to see however, lot of compatibility issues with ipad pro 11 as well as 12.9 inches. In few cases the ipads conked out completely and had to be replaced.

The customer service of logitech does not seemed to be very reliable and easily reachable.

Is anybody using ipad air 5th generation with logitech folio touch keyboard(non-detachable)? If yes, are you facing any difficulties?
