Apple TV keeps deleting apps from App Store

I keep having to reinstall apps on my Tv Box, especially Netflix and Prime Video. When I turn on the box, I actually watch the apps move from the main home bar to the bottom, then delete themselves. There are many other apps and games on the system( which I have now deleted off) due to thinking it may be storage or the auto unload feature(which is also turned off). It is a 32g model, with around 6gb being used now.

I have another Apple Tv box in the house, which works fine, so not an internet issue I guess.

Very frustrating and any suggestions would be great.
