My f11 and f12 keys do not work for increasing or decreasing the volumes. I have checked my settings and i do not have the fn key enabled so the f1-f12 should work without fn key. all others work but not the f11 and f12.

Make some changes and test, then come back to you preferred settings and compare your results.
