Did not get refund
I requested a refund while the payment was still pending they said they refunded me but they still took money from my account

Any pending status is still going to go through. It is pending on the bank side until it posts to your account. Apple cannot change the pending status. You will now have to wait until the refund gets processed. In my experience it takes 3 - 5 days, but the Support Article states it could take up to 30 days depending on the payment method.
