Stop Music Auto Play When Entering Car

Finally, this has worked for me:

To stop music from automatically playing in the car as you get in, you can turn off the CarPlay feature in your phone app.

** Open the Settings app and tap Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Allowed Apps > CarPlay.

So easy, after so much frustration.
