Nixplay app won't open (immediately crashes) on my iPad Mini 2

Nixplay app won't open (immediately crashes) on my iPad mini 2. Ios up-to-date (12.5.7). Tried deinstall-reinstall, to no avail. Contacted Nixplay who says it's not their problem, it's Apple's. Any suggestions?

Safari crashes consistently after 18.1.1 update on iPhone 15 Plus I have cleared cache, deleted history data, and tried a bunch of online suggestions but no success. It crashes CONSISTENTLY after running for about 3 minutes, making me think it is some type of timing glitch whereby a command activates right at the same time after Safari is opened EACH TIME. Kindle app keeps crashing on iPad Kindle version 7.0.0.100 (1.316105) keeps crashing on my iPad immediately on opening. iPad is up to date with iOS version 17.2. Any one know why or what the solution is?

I dont go into the app often but recently wanted to add pictures and screen goes blank upon opening the app. I didn't delete app and reinstall cause i thought I ‘d lose my pictures already on nixplay. But from your comment i can see that didn't work anyway. APPLE needs to get in this problem.
