Camera switch glitch iPhone 15 Pro

I have a problem when switching between lenses in the camera app: the switching between cameras look like two photos/videos put one on top of the other with a bad transition. That is more obvious on video, but can be seen in Photo Mode too. What can be the problem? Is it a hardware related one or a software glitch?

P.S: On video it also changes the color adjustments and the margins of the focused object suddenly move a few mm

iPhone camera/video stuck on switching lenses When I open the camera app, it immediately starts switching between the 3 cameras (iPhone 14 Pro). I am unable to take any picture or video at the moment. I’ve tried playing around with the Lock Lense setting but that doesn’t seem to help
