OSMessageTracer apparently from an unidentified developer: What's up?

This a follow-up on What is OSMessageTracer used for? - Apple Community (2022+). Previous discussion suggests obsolete system elements that Apple updates should have removed.

Among Login Items is an info button next to the OSMessageTracer toggle (currently off in Sonoma 14.4).

The info button opens a LaunchDaemons window and highlights a plist named:

com.apple.installer.osmessagetracing (Jan 24, 2020).

Is it safe and wise to remove the com.apple.installer.osmessagetracing.plist from the LaunchDaemons directory by hand? If so, will the OSMessageTracer automatically disappear from the Login Items display (and other places it reportedly appeared)?
