how to connect a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse to a new Mac Mini
Just got a new Mac Mini and it will not recognize my existing keyboard and Mouse.

If you have the older AA battery power keyboard and mouse? You need to use a USB keyboard and mouse to do the initial setup, then pair the AA battery powered keyboard and mouse.
If you have the newer rechargeable Magic keyboard and mouse? Then you need to connect those to the Mac mini using the USB charging cables, then unplug the mouse and do the initial setup.
