How do I check status of refund request?

i was supposed to have two refunds. It says they were refunded on March 9 2024 but I have not received them yet. One was supposed to take the money from my Apple I.d. And put it back on my Apple Cash card. It took the money off my Apple ID but has not put it back on my Apple Cash. What should I do and who do I need to talk to?
