I have had this issue twice in a week and a half and have spent hours trying to contact anyone who has the knowledge to help. The service has been absolutely terrible and to try to talk to a human is almost impossible. I’ve been laid off due too medical reasons and need to be able to know I will wake up without any issues. Please help me once again ? I have spent hours trying to figure out how to fix

That said, it’s not at all clear how your SIM is getting “locked” if not by you.
Post-back if more assist is needed.
Your title is the only clue as to your problem.
To unlock a SIM card that has the PIN entered wrongly too many times, ask your cell service provider for a PUK code.
To unlock a phone that is locked to a provider call that provider and ask them to unlock the phone. If it is a phone you just bought or still in the contract period they may refuse to unlock itAny other kind of lockout you need to explain.
