Do I need to erase my iPhone data for battery replacement?

I need to replace the battery on my iPhone 13 mini. Do I need to clear it down removing banking apps etc before leaving it with a repair guy?

When you say repair guy, please ONLY let Apple or an actual Apple Authorized Service Provider replace the battery in your iPhone. ONLY they have access to authentic Apple Parts and if you pay some repair guy to replace the battery, certain features will no longer work, such as Battery Health and Apple will never touch a phone which has been tampered with by anyone other than them or an AASP. And you'll destroy the ability to trade the phone in or most likely resell it in the future.
