No refund

I requested for a subscription that i didnt know about to be refunded and was emailed taht i would get my refund in 48 hours however i haven’t received anything

refund not received I didn’t cancel my subscription but i never used it and i didn’t want it anymore got charged and apple accepted my refund but no money was given

You don't get the refund in 24-48 hours. You get an update. See here:
