Changing move goal manually?

If I change the move goal manually during the week, with the coaching option enabled on Apple Watch, will I continue to get weekly updates with suggestions to change the move goal based on activity levels? What is a good move goal? Thanks.

Apple Watch SE, watchOS 10

Yes, you should continue to get the suggestions.

The one that is most suitable for your age and fitness level. As we know nothing at all about you, we can't answer that.

The CDC says 150 minutes of exercise.
