I have possession of my mother’s iPad. I have her iCloud address but the password I have does not work. A tech did a factory reset but she has Find my iPad activated. The problem is she is deceased and I am at a lost as to how to get past this.
I am trying to reset my mom’s computer but can’t get past find my iPad. I have an iCloud account for her and a password but it does not work. She has passed away and I need to find out how to find her iCloud password or get it reset.
