How to retrieve deleted text messages on iPhone 12
I unpinned a friends text messages on my iPhone 12 accidentally & all her texts to me disappeared. How can I retrieve them bc I nvr meant to delete them

If you have installed iOS 16 or iOS 17, you have 30 days to retrieve a deleted message.
Tap Messages
Tap Edit in the upper left corner
Tap Show Recently Deleted
If the messages were deleted within the last 30 days, they will appear and you can select and restore them.
If it has been more than 30 days since the messages were deleted, they are gone.
