Is the Wi-Fi switch "grayed out"?

If yes, tap Settings > Bluetooth. Is that switch also "grayed out?

If yes to both, there is a hardware problem on the main circuit board that will require service at the Apple Store or an authorized Apple service shop.

You can find a list of authorized service shops using this link: Find Locations

If Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are not "grayed out".....try a Forced Restart.

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

If still no luck, head to the service shop.
