How to locate the review the profile in system settings file for Apple Mail configuration on Mac

Message come up 'Profile installation Review the profile in System Settings if you want to install ii.'

when I try to set up Apple Mail. Cannot find Review the profile in System Settings !

file was generated by cPanel to set up Apple Mail access to my e-mail account.

Anyone have an idea what this means? Been using Apple since Apple IIe but cannot remember ever seeing 'Review the profile in System Settings' before.

I had to hunt around as well.

Settings>General>VPN & Device Management

Look under the heading CONFIGURATION PROFILE, simple as that, worked a treat.

Step by step destructions that are reasonably good except they don't tell you where to actually find the profile to install.

How did you acquire this Mac? Second hand, or from school or work?

To inspect the Profile, go to Settings => Privacy and Security, scroll down until you see Profiles, it may be near the bottom. Click on Profiles and see what you have.

Bought in brand new in 2020. repurposing it to be my genealogical computer for the COULL one Name study.

Having e-mail is the whole reason for it. Works OK on Cpanel e-mail but not on Apple Mail.

It worked on Apple Mail previously but it's now on Sonoma 14.4.

Everything else appears from profile to be OK. Installed Xcode, Docker, Pulsar, BBedit, and Python without any problems.

Bit strange, never had problems since I started using Mac OSX back in 2007.

My main Computer is a Mac Studio M1 and I have a 2022 M2 Macbook Pro.

Sounds good BUT VPN & Device Management is not on my version 14.5

Any clue where it would be?

I think Apple documentation is running behind the software. I least its not 10 years behind like Windows 11!
