Is it possible to insert the system date & Time (Timestamp) in any data field on the iPhone?
ie: In the Contacts app - notes section a simple function that would insert the current date and time in this field would be very practical.
You could create a shortcut using the Shortcuts application to copy the date and time to the clipboard. You'd then only have to paste it anywhere you like.
Add the "Date" action and then the "Copy to Clipboard" action. Here is what the shortcut should look like:
