i bought an iphone 14, but the apple tv says i only get a free trial of 7 days.

I bought & set up my new iPhone 14 several weeks ago. Then I received an email telling me that I’m eligible for 3 months of Apple TV+. I went to sign up for this 3 month trial, but on the last screen, it says that I set 7 days free. Is this bait & switch?

Wondering where you went to sign up ... eg: from the email, or from the internet, the app, or such.

If you want to, you can check your eligibility for the three months,
