Messages didn’t transfer to my new iphone
When transferring from my iPhone 11 to iPhone 15 my messages didn’t come across
iPad, iPadOS 17

Seems it sometimes takes awhile for images and messages to all appear due to their indexing on the new phone.
If time has passed, and the issue is still there: it may help to update the iOS to the newest version:
About iOS 17 Updates - Apple Support says iOS 17.4 is the latest update.
or,
if already using iOS 17.4 , try restarting the iPhone (ie: deletes temporary files, re-establishes connections, often restores order if something is not working as expected). How to: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
or
If Messages are synced to the iPhone from iCloud, you might want to check the setting is turned on.
ie: Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
