I did a factory reset on MacBook Pro and now Safari cannot open some pages.
Why macbook pro cannot use for basic need?
Once it's factory reset. Safari cannot open the page. What should I do now?

It may help if you were to describe the reason for performing the factory reset. For example, if you intended to sell, give away or trade in that Mac, then there is nothing else you need to do.
Otherwise, update macOS to the latest available version for that Mac. Which specific MacBook Pro model is yours?
