I forgot my login password on MacBook pro (mid 2009 13-inch). I want to factory reset. But there's no factory reset in settings

OS X EL Capitan

VERSION 10.11.6

I wanted to use Apple id but it's asking login password.

I can't turn on file vault because it's asking login password.

Icloud is not working either.

I tried to restart and Command + R. But it's asking some kind of password. What should I do?

If you forgot your Mac login password - Apple Support describes what to do. Methodically follow each applicable step, all the way through and including the steps at the end under "No message".

If you can't reset your Mac login password - Apple Support describes what to do next.

That model MacBook Pro shipped with OS X installation media on two DVD discs that must accompany it from cradle to grave. Do you have them?
