No sound when on games when on call with friend when silent mode off iPhone 13 Pro Max

When I am on a call with friend games don’t play audio when silent mode is off why? I switch from Samsung to iPhone not long ago so idk how to do it if u can since android did let me

iPhone 15 Pro not making sounds for calls or texts when locked I am having issues with my iPhone 15 pro not making sounds for calls or texts. When the phone is open the sounds work but when it is closed and blank the sounds and haptics don't work. I have tried several of the different fixes that I have seen in various places but nothing has helped. the problem started about the time my phone updated to iOS 18.
