hi I'm trying to download my ebooks on my mini iPad my IOS 9.3.5 it says my software is up to date after I check it will not download the latest version on my mini iPad. I've got the latest 17 update on my iPad Air

If you're referring to a first generation iPad mini, it's not capable of 10 or above. Otherwise, remove the beta profile, restart it, and check for updates again.
