iphone 4 free case program

I called the free AppleNumber of Germany. 0800...
I had to wait about 10 minutes to get to speak to someone, but this lady was very friendly and helpful, she said she will reactivate my order and tries to change the old case to the one i wished.
I shall try to update my order within the next 24 hours, if there´s no change, i´ll recieve the case i ordered before.

Is the iPhone released in your country, the app only exists in the appstore, if the iphone is released there, try using an other country for appstore.

No, you haven't lost the option. You need to call Apple directly and let them help you change your order.......

I'm planning to call the number the free case program app shows me when I try and reuse it.

My iphone4 is bought in Switzerland and it is in use in Bulgaria. The free case program is no visible in APP Store on my phone! Anybody knows why is that?

I couldn't find the app on the appstore either, but you can find it on the apple website if you go on in safari on your iPhone

I've tried that eather on apple.com/iphone/case-program , and downunder clicked on the button "Download the app from the app store" and it says "Item not found", I really tried everything...

I have the same situation but I cannot contact Hong Kong Apple Store by phone. Lines always busy even ringing for 60 minutes without reply. What else channel can I contact HK Apple Store?
