Is there an official way to carry over to playlist from one streaming app to Apple Music?

So I have been using Apple Music for a month or two now and I really liked its features over my main music app Spotify, but there are a couple questions I have before thinking about switching.

1. Is there an official way to carry over to playlist from one streaming app to Apple Music?
2. Your liked songs will have a date of when you liked them on Spotify, and although it's not a absolute needed feature, I would rather have it showing, so my question is if I carry over my music from Spotify will the dates still show?
