I am unable to customize standby mode on my iPhone 13

I'm trying to customize appearance of my screen while on standby mode. Page with widgets and page with photo albums works fine, but the last one are not responding to long tap. Earlier I tried to do this and there was no problem, but now it seems to stay in the last design I've chose.

Steps:

Go to standby mode

Swipe right to page 3 with clocks

Long tap (hold) center of the screen

Expected: go to edit mode where I can choose colors/views of

Actual: nothing happened

i have the same problem, i can change the widget one and the picture one, but i go to the time one on the far right, and i can’t customise it anymore when i try and hold down the middle of the screen. any solutions or is it just a bug? please fix ASAP
