Hello apple I have asked for a refund on march 10 and it has been denied when I gave more information it was eligible and I really need my money back it’s too expensive and I can’t afford it I didn’t want no subscription on no app

It's not clear what your question is for us, your fellow users. If Apple said the item was eligible for a refund and they authorized it, you will receive the money sometime with in the next 30 days.

We are just users like you and have no access to your account or the ability to override a decision made by Apple. You can request a refund on any purchase, but they are not guaranteed. Make sure that subscription has been cancelled along with any others. Adding a subscription requires intent on your part, such as double clicking the side button, so it is not likely an in-app purchase can be made by accident.
