Goldman Sachs Bank may be able to do an ACH transfer, but they can certainly send a check for the amount. Please contact an Apple Card Specialist using the links/information below.

I have credit cards with American Express, Chase, Citi, 5/3, Wells, Capital 1 and several others. None of them are automated. Maybe you just need to adjust your expectations. It’s a simple process. I’ve done it twice with Goldman Sachs, several times with Am/Ex and probably at least once with the others. Let’s just say my wife is good at returning things.
I usually call and find the process is quick and efficient. Give it a try, they may be able to do a transfer, just don’t expect an instant transfer.
Contact Goldman-Sachs thru the methods in your Wallet and ask.
The worst they can say is “No.”

it seems that there should be an automated way to do this. this is the 21st century, after all.
apple card specialists have not been helpful, or truthful, in my experience. they will tell you anything to be done with you.
you are probably right. my bad experience with AppleCare specialists was with a statement adjustment issue that turned into a nightmare.
