My iPhone 13 Pro Max won’t turn on and is not charging

Try this:

1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
3. Press and hold the side button.
4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.

If this doesn't fix it, then you likely have a hardware issue.

You may have a build up of lint etc in your charge port, which could stop it from being charged.

Or there may be a problem with the motherboard or one of the peripheral parts.

Apple will offer to swap the phone out for you at a cost.
