I bought my iPhone 14 in the may the last year and the battery health was pretty good.It got drained at 99% in december and to 98% 3 days ago,in march.Now it is 97%,why? I charge once per day and I am not a heavy user.I am pretty scared because it drained in 3 days.Can someone help me?

You are in good shape. On average the Battery Health will go down by 1% - 2% each month. The drop will not be linear and some months may be more or less. The battery is a consumable and will always deteriorate. If yours is only at 97% and you bought it in May of last year, then yours is performing much better than average. Most users would be thrilled with the performance you are seeing.
