Follow the steps in the support document you posted from. If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
If the free trials don't appear then they are not active.
If they appear but have no cancel button, then they have already been cancelled and will not renew.
If using Apple One, they are part of the plan, and will not charge separately to Apple One.
