How to get a refund on a subscription of Babel
I have not had a subscription for over a year or more and it is not on my phone but they took 88. And some change out of my account today for it. Can I get a refund

We are all Apple users, like yourself, in the Community, so no-one here has access to your accounts or details. We'd like to help, however.
If you are sure this is a charge from Apple, and not a scam: Eg: Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support or If you don't recognize a charge - Apple Support
Seems you may first have to check the subscription is cancelled so you don't receive any more charges:
What to do: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
Then you can apply for a refund, and wait to see if Apple approves the refund:
Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
