iPhone 15 pro white screen of death

My iPhone 15 had the white screen of death and I did the reset (volume up, volume down and side button). Now it's asking me to connect to a computer. I only have a work windows laptop. I have limited things I can do on this laptop. I don't know how to get the iPhone to work. I plugged it into teh laptop but nothing is happening. Please help!
