How do I put my iCloud on new phone without the old one
I lost my I phone and I want my I cloud on my new phone but it keep trying to send codes to old one.

If you are not the owner and do not have the Apple ID and Password then there is no way that you can get into this iPhone unless the original owner shares the Apple ID and password with you.
