Lost my free 3 months trail for apple arcade, after only 2 weeks.

Hi Apple,

I lost my Apple Arcade free 3 months trail after only 2 weeks today. Above this message you can see my order confirmation i got on my mail confirming that it´s scheduled to expire the 1. june. Screenshot is in danish, if you have to translate it.
