Try finding it in the App Store. If it says “Open” for that app, then it is already installed, maybe moved to an unexpected location. If it says «ᴄʟᴏᴜᴅ-ᴡɪᴛʜ-ᴅᴏᴡɴ-ᴀʀʀᴏᴡ» for that app, then it was previously installed and can be re-downloaded/re-installed.
