Some months ago I deleted my Apple ID but I forget to logout Apple ID from settings and in my settings my previous id is running and I cannot logout that because that need password of that id if i enter id it says not registered id . What should I do to logout my previous id from settings .

If iCloud Find My is not enabled, you will need to use a computer and restore the iPhone to factory settings following Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
If iCloud Find My is enabled, you will need to submit proof of purchase to Apple to request it be removed from their end. See Start a Support Request at How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support
