I found two iTunes gift cards that were given to me a couple of years ago and I don't know if I redeemed them. Is there a way to find out if I redeemed them already?

Only by trying to redeem them. If they have not been redeemed their balance will be added to your account.
If they have been redeemed it will issue an error to that effect.
