iPhone 15 pro max flashlight turning on automatically? (I found the reason why)

So since the iPhone 11 I have always had my flashlight turn itself on randomly. I though it was a app or phone but now I’ve went though a few phones other the same issue. If you want to make sure yours doesn’t do it anymore then,

settings, accessibility, touch, back tap, double tap, flashlight off.

or since now you know double tapping the back of your iPhone turns on the flashlight maybe it won’t drive you crazy like it has me for 4 years.
