PDF not included with my past 2 purchases of audio books

I have purchased the first three audio books of the series “Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children” and all three claim to include a bonus PDF with pictures and thing to better go along with the story. The only book I have gotten a PDF on in the first book. The second book titled “ Hollow City” and the third book “Library of Souls” also clearly states on the cover of the books and in the description they include them but are no where to be found.
