Iphone hotspot issue with android

I have iPhone 13 Pro, i used to connect its hotspot to my Honor phone (Android 10) with no issue.

Recently, i replaced my old android 10 phone with new phone (android 13) and the hotspot doesnt work anymore.

i tried all the possible steps:

• reset network setting (both phones)
• force restart iphone
• change hotspot name
• change hotspot password
• restart android
• reset all settings (iphone)

i called Apple support and they worked 3 days to fix this issue and still not solved.

I also went to Apple store in Paris to get it fixed and the technician did all the things i already done.

As it turned out, his own iPhone 13 Pro couldn't connect its hotspot to my android 13 phone.

I went back home and tried to connect with my old android 10 phone, it worked.

We concluded that it might be the problem with the new iOS (iOS 17.4) and android 13 OS.

anyone has the same issue? how can I fix it?

p/s: i tried to connect hotspot via Bluetooth and it works - but i still need hotspot via wifi to work as well.
