Can a family member of my iCloud get their own apple card or have separate storage etc contracts wit apple ?

My son says he can’t get his own AppleCard because he’s linked to my family sharing plan.

Separate Apple Card: yes.

Apple subscriptions will be billed to the Family Organizer (you) unless the member has enough iTunes gift card balance on their account to cover the subscriptions when they are due. Or you turn off Purchase Sharing entirely.

If you no longer wish to share iCloud an cover their purchases and subscriptions, then they can leave the family sharing group.
