I’m new to a MacBook Air can I download everything I had on my iPad? Facebook pandora my pictures??

You can access Facebook on the web, through your chosen web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox etc...), but there is no Facebook app for Mac.
You can download the Pandora Desktop app for Mac from its website: https://www.pandora.com/desktop
If this is an Apple Silicon Mac, you may be able to download available iPad Apps to it from the Mac App Store.

Otherwise, you will need to find Mac versions of the iPad Apps you use.
For Pictures, if you use iCloud Photos, you can access them form the Photos app on the Mac the same way.
