on my iphone 14 the depth effect is not working at all. I have no idea how to reproduce this . it still works with apple wallpapers but no others. the live photo wallpaper is also not working on any version of ios 17

That is correct. This feature no longer exists.
actually, the live photo and depth effect still work on ios 17 the depth effect works the same as ios 16 and the live photo works like a video wallpaper on ios 17 sberman
