I need help with an iPhone Field Test

Hello! Do you by any chance know why I would be getting an “error unknown” message when dialing 3001#12345# ? Also when I dial “#21#” it says everything is forwarding but I did not forward anything and when checking with my carrier, they agreed they don’t see call forwarding set up for me either.

Error 1035 from apple voice mail. I recently switched carriers. I never needed to adjust any settings with the previous one. I clicked to listen to a message and got the message that voice mail was not set up error 1035. I tried following previous solutions but the options were no longer good. One said to check if I had cellular data turned on. (I do.) This is on the 14+. I am running 18.3.1. Thanks.

USSD Code Not Working My device is iPhone 13 Pro, and the software that I’m using is iOS 26.2.1 and I’m using two networks or lines. The first line used physical sim card and the secondary line is an e-sim. The problem that I have right now I can’t able to use any of the USSD code it being couple of months now, firstly I thought It was just a network problem but now I realised the problem is with the device. The below message is the one that I received when I’m dialling any USSD Codes; Error performing request Unknown Error Thank you

Those codes don't work for all carriers. In fact, I've never know then to work at all in the last 10 years (in the U.S). If your carrier says nothing is being forwarded, nothing is being forwarded. They can see that.
