How can I Fix “restriction enable” for what’sApp business

All of a sudden, few of my apps including WhatsApp business disappeared from my iPhone. I can’t uninstall and reinstall it, it doesn’t appear on my screen. While trying to open it from apps, it says “restriction enabled.” And I check basic guidance through screen time but it doesn’t work yet. I didn’t have any restriction enable for using any apps. It was marked as 17+. I restarted my phone several times, still not working. How can I fix it?
