Unable to mount External HD on to my Mac mini with macOS Sonoma.

I am using macOS Sonoma Version 14.4 (23E214).


I have 2 external hard drives.. The file format of one of these external hard drives is exfat, and the file format of the other is Mac OS Extended (Case-sensitive, Journaled). I was using them without any problems in my previous operating system. Now, when connecting external hard disks to the computer, this process either takes too long or these external hard disks are not connected at all. Or one of them is connected and the other is not. For example, I can use exfat one on Windows without any problems. I think this problem is caused by the operating system.
