How to Trace Cryptocurrency Transactions using iPhone

I have dozens of his addresses and transactions which go to decentralized wallets then to Centralized exchanges. Before he hacked me he sent me an photonwith $13 mill when the market was down 40 %! And turned out from the 40 page report he has 117 tokens and within the short time he drained my wallet for just $140k he had transferred MuLTiBILLIoNS in tokens and stable coins to dozens of diff centralized exchanges and I have all his token holders addresses and no want to karmatize him but have no idea how to make flashbots but want to learn even someone who wants to teach me I will pay AFter I’m taught -!don’t bother wasting your time trying to get a penny from my prior. I have no idea how to write code but I have the developers app installed and was told python would be best. All advice I am interested in. Pls n thanks.
